Product Description
Odorless ABS-GF -10% glass fiber reinforced low odor ABS, combines standard ABS material box with short-cut glass fiber. The result is the retention of low odor characteristics while having better resistance to warping box material rigidity. Compared with the standard ABS, the bending strength is increased by 12%, and the bending modulus is increased by 23%. Since glass fiber will accelerate the wear of the nozzle from consumables, it is recommended that you use steel or a nozzle with higher hardness.
Odorless ABS-GF is the perfect solution for users seeking high-performance prints with the added benefits of low odor and enhanced mechanical properties, ideal for a wide range of applications.
Low-Odor Design:
Ensures a more pleasant and comfortable printing environment by maintaining the minimal odor characteristic of ABS.
Enhanced Material Strength:
Offers a significant 12% increase in bending strength, making prints more durable and resistant to physical impacts.
Improved Rigidity:
Achieves a 23% uplift in bending modulus, resulting in stiffer and more stable printed parts.
More about the product
Warpage Resistance: The addition of glass fiber reduces the likelihood of warping, facilitating smoother and more reliable print results.
Nozzle Wear Consideration: Due to the abrasive nature of glass fiber, using a steel nozzle or one of higher hardness is advised to minimize wear.
